I need to install two recent activity box, one is already installed, and it is for the entire board.
Instead I would like to install another but only take threads of a given section. There is a plugin that is right for me? or a solution?
Dieses Projekt wird in seiner aktuellen Form die Tore bald schließen.

An installation of two instances of the RAB is not possible because of dependencies.
So there might be no solution for this. It may be possible to realize it by using Eventlistener if you have the relevant knowledge. -
Could not you help me?
-
No I'm sorry. I've stopped developing for WoltLab Community Framework 1.1.x respective WoltLab Burning Board 3.x.
-
Excuse me, I was wrong ... I'm working on wbb3x wcf1x
I was wrong label.
-
I understand that. Finally the RAB is for Burning Board 3.1 only.
If you have specific questions about the implementation, I can help you, of course.

So, what I need is a box with a specified number of threads of a given section. So I decided to put the title of these discussions with the link back to them.
The problem is make it happen. Is there a way to create something like that? Ie through links generic specify where to get the thread? As in the case of the recent activity box:
Code<p id="threadTitle{@$thread->threadID}"> <span class="prefix"><strong>{lang}{$thread->prefix}{/lang}</strong></span> <a href="index.php?page=Thread&threadID={@$thread->threadID}{@SID_ARG_2ND}"{if BOARD_THREADS_ENABLE_MESSAGE_PREVIEW} title="{$thread->firstPostPreview}"{/if}>{$thread->topic}</a> </p>

You can create an eventlistener which reads out the needed data (by using the class ThreadList) und assigns them to the template, that you have added to one of the placeholder.
In this template you can simply loop through the list and make use of your posted template code.

And how can I do? I'm not very experienced. there is a way through links indicate the category you take them?
Maybe I got it. The code that I put above is partially correct but is general. It would take something from that specifies which category should take them, right?
So should I put this link somewhere?
index.php?page=Board&boardID=CATEGORYID -
So should I put this link somewhere?
index.php?page=Board&boardID=CATEGORYID
If you will not have it like the RAB, then this would be the easiest solution, yes. -
But how potre set the code? and a question, what is RAB
-
and a question, what is RAB
Recent Activity Box.

Ok, thanks.
