    I was wondering how did woltlab created the ticket system, it is integrated in the forum but when entering the category, there is a custom description and button only available in the official support, this was also done by SoftCreatr in the ticket system. How was this achieved?

  • In case of WoltLab it’s a custom plugin that adds this site. However, it’s also possible to easily create an own page in your administration control panel with these data as the buttons are static and can be linked statically.


    So, no magic needed here.
